Refund policy

At The Tee Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and exchange policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Custom items and close-out items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Credits will appear on your original payment method.

If your original order included free shipping:

Orders $20 or less will have $5.00 deducted from the refund.

Orders over $20 will have the greater of $8.00 or 10% of the order total deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Guidelines

For your protection, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, delivery confirmation, or signature confirmation, and insuring high-value or breakable items.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns that:

Are missing their original packing slip(s).

Are received more than 30 days after purchase.
